About Us and History

Connie and Kendra

We are Connie and Kendra Millar and we are identical twins born and raised in Welland. We have attended twin gathering in Ohio, New York, Michigan and Texas.

We decided on our way home from the Michigan State Fair twin contest in 2002 that we wanted to start something in our area since there are few twin activities here. We approached the Niagara Regional Exhibition and ask if they would help us and they graciously agreed.

The first Niagara Twin Event was held September 20, 2003 and 46 sets attended from all over Niagara and from as far away as Cambridge and Toronto. The second held on Sept 19, 2004 attracted 43 sets from Ontario, New York and Ohio.
